Welcome to our Garden Maintenance services in Hendon. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our garden maintenance services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Our services include regular garden maintenance, which encompasses lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, planting, fertilizing, and general garden upkeep. Additional services such as landscaping or garden redesigns are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3. Scheduling and Changes
Services will be scheduled based on the agreed-upon frequency. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate necessary adjustments.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be issued monthly. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit card payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. Detailed pricing information is provided in the service agreement. Any changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days prior to implementation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel our services, please provide a written notice at least 14 days in advance. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed on a pro-rata basis, excluding any non-refundable fees as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to their property during scheduled maintenance times. It is also expected that clients inform us of any specific instructions or areas of concern to ensure effective service delivery.
7. Liability Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Garden Maintenance Hendon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
7.1 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in service resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
8. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, all pending payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hendon.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the engagement will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Garden Maintenance Hendon regarding the services provided and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
